Couples 24 Session Package ($55/session) *Best Value

I will guide you and a partner through an 8 week program designed to help build overall strength and cardiovascular function, regardless of current abilities.  We will meet 2x or 3x per week. You will also be provided 2 or 3 additional workouts per week to be completed at home. Each session will last between 45-60 mins.

Couples 12 Session Package ($60/session)

I will guide you and a partner through a 4 week program designed to help build overall strength and cardiovascular function, regardless of current abilities.  We will meet 2x or 3x per week. You will also be provided 2 or 3 additional workouts, per week, to be completed at home. Each session will last between 45-60 mins.

Individual 24 Session Package ($35/session)

I will guide you through an 8 week program designed to help build overall strength and cardiovascular function, regardless of current abilities.  We will meet 2x or 3x per week. You will also be provided 2 or 3 additional workouts, per week, to be completed at home. Each session will last between 45-60 mins.

Individual 12 Session Package ($40/session)

I will guide you through an 8 week program designed to help build overall strength and cardiovascular function, regardless of current abilities.  We will meet 2x or 3x per week. You will also be provided 2 or 3 additional workouts, per week, to be completed at home. Each session will last between 45-60 mins.

Functional Movement Screening ($50)

Step 1: GET SCREENED to determine current movement quality.


Step 2: CORRECT movement deficiencies with custom programming.


Step 3: MOVE BETTER to prevent injuries and improve your quality of life.


*Custom “at home” programming will be issued with recommend corrective strategies. 

Intro to Fitness Package ($140)

Includes:

-Functional Movement Assessment (complete with “at home” corrective exercises)

-The Basics of Squatting, Pressing, and Deadlift

-Open discussion on any fitness/nutrition related topic


We will cover multiple variations of each movement and discuss ways to increase or decrease the difficulty to suit your needs. (45-60 min)

Couples Intro to Fitness ($200)

3 sessions that will include:

-Functional Movement Assessment (complete with “at home” corrective exercises)
